Little known fact. In old age, the very engineer who had devised that street corner went on to great success (and much imitation) as a Web page designer.
And Washington DC was even confused 64 years ago.

How did I miss this one! Sending this to my son who recently moved to Leesburg and HATES the traffic in and around DC. As for the zoo reopen ..I’m doing a happy panda dance 🙂
