New York City 100 Years Ago

New York City 100 Years Ago

This is the New York City skyline in 1913. It’s taken from the Woolworth building facing south. The building, still on Broadway (near City Hall Park), opened in 1913 and is 57 stories tall. This photo was probably taken to celebrate the new building’s great view.

Neat how NYC 100 years ago looks a lot like NYC today!
